My wife and I like to get out of the bubble once in awhile. Looking at going to the St Petersburg Clearwater area for a few days this weekend and found a great Hotel deal at the Courtyard by Marriott @ $69/Day for Friday and Saturday. Just thought I would pass it along should there be any others looking for a small weekend trip. I think they cater to business folks during the week as it is not on the beach.

It is a level 3 star on Priceline.

Highly recommend stopping by Mazzaro's Italian Market while there! Excellent meats, pasta, bakery , cheeses, wine deli awesome place. Enjoy!

If it's the Courtyard on Executive Drive, please be aware that there is a LOT of congestion in that area due to all the road construction they are doing. My wife stays there a couple of times a month for business, and the traffic can be horrendous.
