Cool, a single-engine Cessna. I used to fly one of those!

p.s., You included Talk Host? This is his job.

I used to ride in one of those as a passenger (as well as Aeronca's & Stinson's) when I worked at East Coast Aviation Corporation (ECAC), a flying school, Hanscom AFB, Lexington, MA..... Many years ago; the pilot instructors (big-time flirts) used to enjoy impressing us young gals by occasionally taking us flying on our lunch hour. ......b

I wonder who Fumar knows that helped get him a job counting posts? Just another example of nepotism. I bet it's some kind of government job too. I bet he knows somebody who works for the post office.

Hi Barb:
I used to own an Aeronca Champ but never flew in a Stinson, But I did like the looks of the Stinson with the big tail......
Funny you should mention Hanscom AFB ....I was there on two occasions to play basketball . I was on the Westover AFB team (actually Stoney Brook AFS ) (but that was a secret at the time) and always thought it was a neat spot..... an I too took the ladies for airplane rides on their lunch hour , It must be a GENETIC thing......

big-time flirt fumar ......

Actually BK.
Those stats are listed on the first page of this website about halfway down ..
I figure that if their listed on the first page , their fair game.....
Frankly I was surprised , their were three on there that if you took a daily avg. to their total . It means they've been in the Villages sense 1947 ....and by the way MICHIGAN was NO#1 then (just a side note)

Hail to the Victors and of course 1947...which I'm guessing because we didn't have television then .......fUMAR

OK, I'm throwing out my computer right now.

But .. I can't do that .. how will I ever know if Graciegirl overtakes Tal? He's been #1 poster for years, but GG is overtaking him!

But, Oh Great One, there is such a tool.... I used it once on a now-banished member who used to write posts whose tone and content really annoyed me.

Instructions....

The first menu line option is "User CP" .... click on that

It brings up your profile options. There is a columnar list on the left side. Click on "Edit Ignore List"

This brings up a screen.... enter the member's TOTV ID in the box next to "Add a new member to your list" and hit the "OKAY" button.

If you decide later that you really want to see what they have to say, you can remove them from the "Ignore" list.

Once you put someone on your IGNORE list, you only see a placeholder for any posts they've written. It looks like this:

This message is hidden because The Great Fumar is on your ignore list.

(The above is for demonstration purposes only.... I would never ignore the Great One)
