Forget what other's think about you and worry more about who YOU want to be inside. Oh, and run more. It gets harder to run when you are older and your joints hurt and you'll miss doing that.

do not live your life with regrets. shoulda, woulda, coulda are not valid choices. go for it, do not delay. have your children later in life, travel and see the world, be adventurous, and find your passion.

Buy as much real estate as I could and then sell it in 2005. Also to move all my thrift stock over to government treasury notes and out of the market in 2007.
