I like Jif smooth, raspberry Jam, on white bread. Of course a glass of milk to wash it down.

Skippy PB and Welch's Concord Grape Jelly on plain white supermarket bread wrapped in wax paper put in a lunch box with an apple and a thermos of white milk. Between 1st grade and 8th grade probably ate thousands of them. In the service , at the field kitchen, a giant pot filled with generic peanut butter and another with grape jelly matched up with erzatz " Wonder Bread " was one of several alternatives, the rest too dreadful to discuss, lunch choices. Actually quite not bad. Today, give me some good crunchy PB and one of Smuckers Jellies on country white and I'm quite content.
