First Cliff, thanks for your service to our country! I was a tweener - I never even had to register with the government (those of us that turned 18 between 1973-1976). Dad was Navy in WWII.

But RED is correct in my opinion. Don't just blame management, also blame those that knew about it and didn't ask.

And as it relates to my wise-ass post about the NFL Patriots, maybe I need to rethink that collection now that TB is out!
