However, I think the 2014 Corvette is going to trump them both. now if I could only hit the lottery.

Until then, my 2013 Hyundai Veloster Turbo will have to do.

I think I've seen your car up at the Tamarind Grove mailboxes. Or one like it. Wondered what it is.

Those are tough choices on the cars. Love the Camaro, though the new vet is cool.

That was probably me at the mail boxes. I've seen a couple of other Velosters' and neither was silver plus the others weren't Turbo, which is new for 2013. The Turbo version is 201 HP versus 138 HP in the other. The grill on mine is all black, where as the non-turbo the top half of the grill is the body color. I did have to get an automatic because my wife can't shift gears.

My most fav car I had was a cream color 1980 Buick Riviera with maroon leather interior and all the bells & whistles.....Sure do miss that car it was such a smooth ride snf to regal. Turned it in for a Chrysler Stow 'n Go which I also love.

Getting in and out of the Riviera was such a hassle as it was a two door and very low to the ground; so beautiful, yet when one gets up there in years, the sports car was not comfortable for senior citizens to get in and out of it.

I will look for you and say Hi. Always enjoy meeting another poster. Plus I'd like a close-up look at the Veloster.

BUT... my husband absolutely loooooves his black 2005 Dodge Magnum Hemi, aka Snarky. (Some call it the Mobmobile.) I'd guess it's his favorite car ever. He drove 80 miles to work round trip, retired in 2009. So it has 150,000+ miles on it. They don't make them anymore except for police. A salesman told him he could get him another one, but it would be all vinyl inside and no interior door handles in the back.

So we're babying this puppy along.

My first car was a 1955 Chev. Belair with overdrive. Red and White with Black and white letherette interior. My second ride was a 1957 Chev. Belair convertible. My fondest memories was with my 1968 Buick GS400 2dr HT baby blue with a white vinyl top. White fake leather interior, bucket seats, and the ride that caught my bride of 44 years.

Chrysler Lebaron Convertible, white with tan leather...it was eye candy, even if it wasn't the best mechanically...tried a firebird after that and got a lot of attention from the wrong people. :-}
