Default What's growing in the fields?

I'm a Midwesterner and recognize corn and soybeans, but have no idea what is growing in the farm fields south of 466A heading east towards Fruitland Park. The conversation came up last night while heading out to dinner with friends, and I said I'd ask on TOTV and someone would know.
