I remember Mallow cups, which were marshmallow. All the rest were great too.

My favorite, probably only in the South were

I never invested enough time eating junk to develop a favorite. I didn't think it was that important in the overall scheme of things. And I didn't get fat so I guess I should feel left out, but I don't. I feel healthy.

Eating candy promotes weight gain and diabetes.

I don't know, I've always thought Yankee Doodles were the breakfast of champions.

I assume you're joking. What's a Yankee doodle? Is that what the Yankees did when they went to the men's room? :)

Thanks, I was just checking out his anti-inflammation food pyramid. I see plain dark chocolate at the very top. But what does he mean by plain? Does he mean sugarless? If so, why didn't he just say, "sugarless dark chocolate"? Did he purposely leave it open to misinterpretation? Sugar promotes inflammation.

I occasionally buy a bar of baking chocolate (it's sugarless of course). Then once or twice a week I'll melt a small amount (thumb-nail size) in cooked steel-cut oats. Then I'll add some chopped nuts. Mmmm! I guess you could say that's my favorite chocolate bar.

Nope, not joking, but I only ate the organic not farmed version. It's all good.
