My regular work is on the radio but over the years I have made extra money on the weekends by driving big tour buses as well as driving gasoline & jet fuel tankers. Mack-184 came from the truck I used when doing some driving for the Lyden Oil Company out in Ohio. I drove a Mack- #184.

When it came time to register for this forum, I was unprepared and undecided. So, being in a hurry, "Villages" was the first thing that came to mind. Then I had to add something extra to make it different. That's why I added "PL" but I'm not at liberty at this time to explain what it stands for. Although, I think someone has already figured it out. Ha!

It has been suggested that I change it because there are so many other "Villager" names that it gets confusing. However, 1) I can't seem to make up my mind on what to change it to and 2) I'm not sure how to contact someone who can do it.

My 3 daughters (now in their 20's) used to call my late father "Grampi", he would jokingly tell them "Mr. Grampi to you..." My dad was the one that "discovered" the Villages in our family, bringing us here in 1994 (before Spanish Springs was finished).

He loved the Villages so much but never had the resources to buy a home here, but I did and carried on his dream. My oldest daughter presented us with our 1st grandchild last year, thus I am now "Mr. Grampi II", in memory of my dad!

I would have to say that every one of these is more creative and clever than anything I could come up with. After visiting here and renting, we decided that some day we would move here but in the meantime we would be "up in Maine". Well we moved here. permanently, much quicker than we would have expected to and so now the name doesn't fit at all but I don't know how to change it.

I thought of something real quick, off the top of my head, in order to register for the site. Endo(Endoscopy Department) is where I presently work in the hospital. Yep, I work with all kinds of scopes!

sky guy, we were in awe of The Sky liners. I did M&M in the OLMM Orbits marching in the Long Island and Jersey circuit.

I was on an expat site while living in France, and my first name is Cyndy, and I have no memory, and... it was easy to remember and easier to carry forward to this forum.

Plus I thought the double meaning was kinda cutesy--C/See France. Sort of. Cute... maybe not.

Since I am from Philadelphia, the "Phillies" mascot is the Phanatic, which in my opinion is the BEST mascot of all teams. So colorful and the fans love him.
