Any issue I have ever had with them has been resolved on live chat, so I never even looked for a number. I will definitely add this to my Rolodex - thanks.

I buy so much from Amazon. If it's sold on Amazon, that's where I shop first.

I find the contact number under help works well. It sends me to a contact me by phone window and when I fill I the number and click"call me now". I get an immediate ring on the phone and a live customer agent who has always successfully helped me. I too use amazon regularly and joined "prime" to save on shipping and kindle downloads. It's a fabulous site for just about everything.
