I'm old enough to remember "the good old days" when you called a bank, a mail-order company, or any large corporation..... you actually got a representative who actually lived in the USA, actually spoke English, and actually provided a service

Discover is listed on there as having language problems. I had to call them today and it was announced that I was being connected to "customer service located in Arizona." Sure enough, I did talk to someone in Arizona! She was able to answer questions about Tucson that could not have been ad-libbed.
