Who George T is and Who The Village Girl is and who Pennbf is.............

Some folks don't mind being known and some folks do mind being known.

Sincerely, what difference does it make who people are? It is a basic principle of the forum to have screen names. I think it is not right to imply that people who use their screen names have something to hide. As long as poeple are following the rules of the forum, all are equally welcome, right?

What are nice girls like you and Gracie doing on a thread like this?

Interesting topic and since this is my thread I feel it's OK to go off topic once in awhile.

I do understand why some people have screen names and don't show their pictures as Schaumburger (sp) has pointed out with her name. Note that she never uses it to hide behind to chide people. But in watching the forum it seems (maybe it's just me) that some ladies like to use it to make fun of and chide others on the forum. Too many of the nice people have left and too many of the people that have "interesting" things to say don't speak. I just wanted to give them their own thread to play in so they would kindly leave everyone else alone to enjoy the forum as it should be.

For example the Michael Vick issue. If someone wants to start a thread on him, so what? who cares? This is Talk of The Villages. I was confused as to who the Admin was with some people telling others not to start a thread on a subject or when to close the thread. Generally that would be after they would have their say.

I understand the "fake" ID when people use it for good.
