Default yipeeee!

The "FOR SALE" sign is in the front lawn, and I am headed out to buy a St. Joseph statue. Could someone please refresh my rapidly failing memory on how and where we are supposed to bury him? I am going to need a sledge hammer and chisel to get thru the frozen ground. Thankyou!!!

Nonie. I am so pleased to hear your news. This is too good to be true!!

Here is how you do it. When you bury St Joseph put him in a nice dry box and be sure to put a yamulke on his head. DO NOT bury him upside down!

ha ha ha ha ha!!!! Gracie you are hysterical! You always make me laugh!

Were you serious about the box??? I really need to know, I dont have a clue even tho I have heard it a thousand times! Or was the yamulka and dry box all part of 'TRADITION"?

Naaaw. I'm pulling your leg. But St. Joseph was Jewish. I think he should wear a yamulka.

Bury St Joseph facing the house. Not upside down. After the final Closing un-bury him and give him a place of honor in your new home. Good luck!

Congratulations Nonie, I know you have been working hard to get to this day.

You can google St. Joseph statue and it will bring up lots of sites. That is what I did and it comes with the directions and prayers for burying him.

Good Luck to you. We have another showing tomorrow so I am running around getting things ready and my stomach is churning over the anticipation.

Mik

Congrats Nonie and Bernie.

Sometimes the market slows down in December and picks up again in the New Year. So don't get discouraged if you don't sell immediately.

This will be your dream come true for 2009. Good luck with selling.

Nonie,

Is Bernie aware that the house is for sale, or is this something I will have to report to him?

Talking Yeah!

Hurrah! Nonie Macaroni! I'm soooooooo happy! OK, get St. Joseph and bury him upside down, in back of the house, facing south. You should always bury him in the direction you want to move. Seriously! Hahahah I can't wait until you're a frog!

Nonie,
I could not have come home to better news from you....
Here's how I did it...I had a good talk with St Joseph before I put him the ground...I buried him upsidedown, facing the house (so he would not forget which house he had to sell), and I put him in a zip lock bag so he would be spiffy when he came out of the ground to take a place of honor in my new home. It worked...I close on December 19th. I'm sending some Irish luck your way.
