In doling out these simple nicknames, Trump appeals to that human instinct to categorize and label as a way to have stability and certainty.

Makes sense, and seems to be working quite well for him. Of course, Hillary will play the poor innocent granny that is being picked on. But, her credibility is that of the Wicked Witch of the West. Although, she will probably have to fight Pelosi for that title.

Not every Granny is kind and benevolent ! Many should be locked up in a padded and sound proof room !
