Involving the cops is not necessary Talt.

He's always been nothing more than a follower, who needs to be surrounded by others to feel important and his attacks on you...are simply his insecure way of trying to be part of another group.

Put him on ignore if he bothers you and just realize...there will always be scumbag liars like himself.

After all, it's not like it's hard to pick them out here.

RickeyD is on my Ignore List but I do View Post once in a while. I have been dealing with trolls since 2002 and have had to call some police stations in the past. Most of the time they do nothing and just say stuff about the First Amendment and that people will say stuff online that they never would in person.

However, I started sending stuff to my US Senators and Representatives and I do think that they started to address getting better laws with respect to cybersmearing/cyberstalking and harassment. Not sure if the police though would bother with looking into it. I am just worried about escalation of the personal feud I seem to have with RickeyD. I will keep records and just hope it resolves itself.

3702 views now though.

Because everyone is listed as 'Guest' here, methinks you would be hard pressed to make a legal case out of it.

Besides, he represents only a small faction of the scumbag bullies here so I advise not making a big deal out of it...less you get the whole political forum shut down.

I am not making a big deal of it. Just taking precautions with keeping records. That car in the driveway bit has me on edge. I will not go into it on here. But coupled with all the unwanted attention from RickeyD on this thread that does have me worried. I mean the Nazi half- naked women on dozens of covers from risque 1960s rags as well as the previous days space operas junk.

And there are actually very few bullies on here relative to some other places like Topix and various Facebook political threads.

Understood.

Cyber-bullying someone identified only as 'Guest' is one thing, thinly veiled threats by intimating that someone knows where you live (which is proof of 'stalking')...is something else entirely.

Given what we now know about the scumbag, it might be in your best interest to go ahead and file a report.

Giving his hairless and ugly mug shot for identification...won't be a problem at least.

I just hope that it doesn't adversely affect this forum.

The Moderator I expect knows what is going on here. I did alert him/her/them about it via a Regular Post on a Thread Report Post Option for RickeyD.

It seems RickeyD's intent with all the harassment of me is to get this thread shut down. That is my guess. I hope that does not happen. I did take that risk by notifying the Moderator.

Do think this fits in with the Political Forum and I have been on TOTV since July 2007 and have lived in the Villages since June of 2005.

Many of these letters are from people still in powerful positions in government or affecting it in some way.

Probably something I had sent the UCSF Health Sciences Campus (University of California, San Francisco) or shown Ms. Myra Young when I was subject #613 in their 17 week study on stress on the unemployed over 17 weeks in late 1992-1993. She told me I had a good cause when we were done with the study. Part of my now 26 year Herculean 224 613 Project to empower survivors/victims of crimes through access to practical information available through or in libraries of all kinds.

Saw a family eating a pizza on the library steps while the father quizzed his kids about things they learned at school late yesterday afternoon after seeing The Zookeeper's Wife at the Rialto here in the Villages. That use of a library steps as a picnic table was kind of a cool sight. Our public and law libraries have many great uses. One of these is a leveling field of sorts for those dragged into the legal system without their consent-- survivors/victims of crimes, witnesses, and innocent parties to various crimes.

Default Toto. Looks like we are not in Kansas anymore.

One of the 18 or so responses I received from Governors back in 1991.

I had had quite a lot of contacts with people in the 1990s in Kansas.

Governors is 2017? People should try them. What's in your home state's libraries that would be useful for survivors/victims of crimes? People with mental illness?

3921. Hope to get to 4000 views soon.

One of the other Governors who responded was the Honorable Zell Miller -- http://i89.photobucket.com/albums/k2...psrsfrfuff.jpg

I would try to side copies of many of these letters-- reduced and recopied and numbering maybe 80 of these documents-- with a cover letter to lawyers; librarians; writers; physicians; news media anchors; Sports Commissioners like those of the NBA, NFL, NHL, and MLB; athletes; movie studio executives; movie stars; social workers; scholars; victimologists; psychiatrists; and politicians. Particularly like writing dancers.

In 2017 and before that in 2016 I had been trying to share many of these letters on Facebook with these same kinds of groups of people. Especially like trying to reach people going to the Winter and Summer Olympics. No telling what people might be talking about if you bring up a very interesting story. My first sister-in-law is a native Brazilian. The daughter of a US foreign embassy worker in Brazilia who is fluent in Spanish, French, English and Portuguese and worked for AT&T in Reno, Nevada. My competition often in some of my humanities courses at the University of Nevada, Reno.

Update-- 4001 views as of 7:10 PM.

Trying to get them to actually just look at the letters I had received from lawyers, victim/witness assistance providers, Attorney Generals from various States, various association leaders, and many others.

All part of my 224 613 Project. I had been trying to get the help of CEOs, social workers, psychiatrists, psychologists, movie stars, movie directors, movie studio heads, soap opera stars, soap opera writers, advertisers, etc. to spotlight the problem that these received letters showed.

Future Annual Meeting Dates and Locations Will be interesting to see what happens in these future AALL meetings.

Check what's in your home town library and remember the mantra I heard often while writing politicians and many many associations of all types-- K.I.S.S. Keep It Simple Stupid.
