The American Psychiatrist Association too transgender OUT of the DSM back in 2012. Transgender is not a mental disorder. You and your boy, Paul McHugh, had better come to the 21st century. There also was no evidence of drinking in the instance of Laura but she was driving fast and ran a stop sign and a friend got killed.
