I think he could make an improvement once or if he abandons HIS agenda and does what benefits we the people first and foremost.....not HIM, or the PARTY.
All his predecessors have managed to balance the needs of the people with the ALWAYS ongoing political priorities which usually aren't in the people's best interest.....some did it better than others. Obama has yet to discover it needs to be done to improve his current ratings/perceptions....real or perceived (doesn't matter....perception is reality).

For the sake of the country I hope he makes some changes to his approach and definitely to his so called "team".
