""The problem here is an inner circle of people who have lost faith or are betraying or whatever," Krauthammer said. "But it's certainly not a leak problem that ought to interest us. It's a loyalty problem inside the White House." Krauthammer on Leaks: 'It's a Loyalty Problem Inside the White House' | Fox News Insider "I have no doubt that Trump himself created the snake-pit atmosphere in which leaks are incessant. He raises questions about his own staff in public, presumably to keep them on their toes. He sends out representatives to provide cover — putting their own credibility on the line — and then undermines them (see H.R. McMaster). He is, according to press accounts, a yeller who has staff hiding in their offices. He fires people in a humiliating fashion (see Comey). He belittles proud professionals (see the whole CIA). His administration is comprised of fiefdoms engaged in more-or-less open warfare. It is likely that some on the White House staff are staying only to collect material for the inevitable tell-all books. The moral tone of the Executive Office of the President is set by the president, and this one is morally stunted. In Trump’s house of betrayal, leaks must seem the normal way of doing business. And leaks against the president probably come from officials reaching the limits of their patience with dysfunction." In Trump’s house of betrayal, leaks are business as usual. That’s a big problem. - The Washington Post |

By the way, there ARE subs off the coast of N.Korea. Our subs are positioned off the coasts of many of our unfriendly adversaries. Our subs spend months under water off the coasts of other nations, as another form of intelligence collection and defense. And this is not made up. |

NEVER....never publicizes the location of ANY sub at any time, UNLESS of course our President decides to call a dictator who kills his own and share that with him. |

"he Navy doesn’t like to talk about its submarines. After all, a sub’s biggest advantage is its stealth. And of the sailing branch’s roughly 70 undersea boats, Seawolf and her two sister vessels Connecticut and Jimmy Carter are among the most secretive.
Google the names of any of the Navy’s Los Angeles-class submarines, the most numerous in the fleet, and you’ll get hits: Navy statements and photo releases, the occasional news article. But try to look up Seawolf-class vessels and you’ll get next to nothing. Her official Website is blocked. The last time Seawolf’s exterior appeared in a Navy photo was 2009. That’s because Seawolf and her sisters are special. Newer, bigger, faster and more heavily armed than standard attack submarines, the nearly $3-billion-per-copy Seawolfs have been fitted with hundreds of millions of dollars in unique equipment and are assigned to their own special squadron in Washington State. They deploy for months at a time often without any public notice. The wife of a Seawolf sailor described the boat as “unpredictable.” The 'Secret' Submarines the U.S. Navy Doesn't Want to Talk About (And Russia Fears) | The National Interest Blog "In another article at this Web site, I said that U.S. Navy surface ships appear to be obsolete for modern warfare. Why did I limit that statement to surface ships? Because I believe U.S. submarines are viable naval weapons in the Twenty-First Century against a modern enemy military. However, it must be stated that that belief is based on a single assumption: that the enemy does not know the locations of our submarines. Are U.S. submarine locations really unknon to our enemies? HOWEVER OUR PRESIDENT TOLD Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte that we had two nuclear subs there. A very trustworhy guy this guy he is spilling to.....if you feel strong of stomach read about his newest buddy |

I recall being in the military during the 80's and having to sign a document that subjected me to the death penalty. This document was relative to my secret security clearance. Being in a medical career field the only "secrets" I had access to were the base commanders medical records. Apparently disclosure of positions of our nuclear submarines to the world trumps disclosing the base commanders blood pressure readings.

These posters KNOW NOTHING...they simply mouth off because their beloved leader has been criticized. Sad to me that these folks who have no knowledge continue to pledge support to a morally corrupt man who has lied to them and the American people, trashed all the american standards and is now fighting tooth and nail with the Ethics bureau because he does not want anyone to have knowledge of what he is doing for his business (and that of his family....Kushner's hiding millions in art we now find out...hiding meaning not disclosing and how can you not disclose that value). I actually held out hope for this President but he is getting worse not better. Bottom line, these folks who think all of his activities, which are truely ANTI american are just fine....who hold to the tenants they read on Russian web sites have just angered me and I will, when possible, show them for the fools they are. Disagreeing on policy issues is fine but basic morals should not even be subject to any discussion except it appears for moron who themselves lack any morals. But, if you have been around submariners or on one, or even as I say served our country, you know that where they are is important and not discussed, especially with the advent of the nuclear subs. A very good high school buddy of mine was on the Thresher which was lost of our atlantic coast about 50 years ago. |

And you idiots are stuck in the election still talking about that and Cliinton. Truely and indication of lack of growth or maturity |

ANARCHY? I've heard charges of Racist, deplorable, crass but never anarchy. Trump has been in office for less than 100 days and yet YOU insist on blaming Trump for everything that is wrong. OBAMA WAS IN OFFICE FOR EIGHT YEARS. Our government is set up on opposition and compromise. Obamacare-the bill was 1800 pages. Do you recall that damn fool Pilousey saying no need to read it just sign it. I hope you do not operate that way, It is true the republican opposed most everything Obam wanted but that was their duty. The democrats are doing the same to Trump. Some of the biggest loudmouths SCREAMED when the republicans blocked some of the Obama things and yet were quiet as a mouse when the democrats did the same to Trump Obama is the EX-PRESIDENT. He should as Bush did SHUT UP-THAT IS HIS DUTY. |
