If you look around as we have, things a quite a bit different now as compared to 5-8 years ago. Spread out more, more cars, more pollution, more people running stop signs, speeders everywhere and will knock you off the road if you do not yield to their reckless driving. It is getting a bit crazy, and a lot of changes going on here. Just observe an intersection for awhile and see the drivers who run it blindly, yes, check it out. It is a hazard to walk or ride a bicycle, things are going a bit wild. But we do have a lot of Village employees driving around, joyriding and not checking the important stuff.

Welcome to the "big city" we have close to 150,000 now. With the people comes problems. You think it's bad now...PRAY we don't start to diversify...then it'll really start going to hell...just like everywhere else. Nothing is improving as we diversify.

I didn't even get into how half the services are full of single mothers...who get the REALLY cushy jobs. Day shift, inside in the AC out of the rain, weekends and holidays off...to take care of their children...while the men who actually do the job, they're titled as doing, get stuck with the crap. I'm sure ANY dirty, grimy, dangerous, hard working, career man can testify. In tough jobs, women are practically worthless. It's the same around the house. What do the women do compared to the men? Easy, push button jobs. The men fix, dig, build.

Explain to me how I have it all wrong and you're the "go to person", the one everyone can count on when needed, the strongest, brightest, the hardest working"...go ahead, tell us some tall tales. At home, if it's tough, you hire it out and a MAN comes and does it.
