I am hearing on a cable news network (MSNBC) that the President met with the Republican leaders yesterday where they asked him to send troops to the Arizona border and he said NOTHING.

He left and a few hours later, it is leaked with NO NAME ASSOCIATED with it that the President is sending 1200 troops to the Arizona border.

Does anyone have any links or more information on this ? This seems a bit dysfunctional and 100% political to me !
