Not so, don't know about conservatives but Catholics should care as much about unborn children as they do about children.

From conception to natural death, that's the real Catholic belief.

That is not THE CATHOLIC CHURCH.

In the US 50 million abortions, so far. How many were to save the life of the mother? How many were for a variety of other reasons?

Default Catholics who vote Democract commit Mortal Sin

Pope Benedict wrote a letter that no Catholic can vote for someone who supports Abortion, that is aiding and abetting.

Pope Francis recently said the same.

Cardinal Chaput of Philadelphia echoed these statements.

Don't call Kaine, Kerry. Biden, and Pelosi Catholics, they are CINOs. Catholics In Name Only, they have excommunicated themselves.

These statements can be found on Facebook, along with Sermons from Priests stating the same.

Quite the opposite. We do care about our children, and other children. Children that will suffer from frivolous and careless gov spending that will leave this country bankrupt for them. Obviously, liberals do not.

Since almost ALL abortions are due to convenience, it is obvious that many abortions are just a form of birth control. Catholics are generally against birth control, but are more concerned about innocent baby lives. Statistics do not support the abortion argument/movement of pro-choice and certainly does not warrant gov subsidy.

On the other hand, putting abortion aside it is interesting how the released emails show how Hillary's campaign really thinks of Catholics. I guess you could say that they put them in the Deplorables basket.

Excuse me, it is the Catholic Church that threw the dead babies in the sewer. How could 800 babies die naturally?

They were neglected and abused they "had to pay for the sins of their mothers" How about pedophile priests that they kept moving around to continuously abuse children.

Are you really attempting to tell the Catholics that child abuse by priests is a common factor in their religion?

I guess you will also agree that voter fraud is running rampant in election years? I mean, if it happens once or twice, then it must be rampant, right?

The sewer tale has been debunked. It was mass graves and the children were buried over a long period of time. They were not aborted babies, but babies that died of diseases or malnutrition. This was a home for poor pregnant women. The story is so old, I find it incredulous that you would bring it up. Saying these children were thrown in the sewer shows that you did not research your information and just parrot liberal talking points. I can see why you wish for a socialist gov to lead you by the nose. It must be hard for you to make your own decisions in life.

I am telling you that 800 babies were dumped in the sewer by the nuns and the Catholic Church. They are now digging other mother baby homes throughout Ireland.

I was born and raised in Ireland, not far from this home. My family still lives on the original farm and I return home often so don't tell me I am uninformed. My sister's best friend was raped at 14, the parish priest talked her parents into putting her in this prison. She gave birth to a healthy daughter but had a club foot, unacceptable for adoption. They told her a week later the baby died in her sleep and wouldn't let her even see the baby. God only knows what happened to her. No death cert.

She had to stay in this prison for three more years, doing hard labor in the laundry, to pay for her sins. Never was allowed to leave. I remember well, there was a very high wall, with broken glass imbedded in cement on the top so no one could climb it.

The Catholic church was in the adoption, baby selling, business and if babies aren't perfect they aren't adoptable. There were no background checks. No accountability what so ever. The government is also to blame for giving the church so much power, nobody would speak out against them.

My uncle lived 2 doors down from this home, prison, and walked by nearly every day. I clearly remember him telling my mom that the children in the yard were eating scraps of food, thrown out for the hens, off the ground.

Yes, these "homes" were houses of horror. There are many, many horrors stories. Some mentally challenged women spent their lives there, slaving in the laundered until the government finally closed them.

Yes, infants were thrown in the sewer pit. Didn't deserve a decent burial, after all they had original sin.

Well, you are wrong. Examine that OLD story a bit more and you will see your folly. Yes, there were bodies, but not in the sewer and not from abortion. These are babies that died and were buried in mass grave vaults or graves. But, if it makes your liberal mind feel more justified when you kill another baby, then by all means rationalize that IF someone else does it, it must be OK.

Just where did I say they were abortions. I guess if they neglect and starve babies until the die, it's okay. No it is not an old story, pit ward discovered 2 years ago.

As a Catholic can you vote to Hillary? This was the actual question from the original post. So how did this get turned into what has now been posted?

If you would do your research before going off on a tangent, you would realize that all that happened decades ago(about 1925). Not recently. And you do NOT know the circumstances. Get over it. The Crusades were fought by Christians also. If not for those guys, you would be facing East and praying on a rug several times a day, and women and gays would really have something to complain about. Only they wouldn't because sharia law would have your heads.

Liberal diversion tactic used when they are stuck with a question that requires an answer that would not be flattering to their liberal talking points.

No, they happened in our lifetime. Bones have been dated and women have told their personal horror stories. So get your head out of the sand. All your posts are twisted, skewed and untrue.

If you don't believe in abortion you must also believe no wall and we should also accept refugees, that's what the Pope has told us to do.

Nope, you are wrong. First off, I am NOT Catholic and not subject to a Pope. Second, the baby deaths were not related to abortions so you have no correlation between those deaths that happened in 1925 and today's abortions. I will give those stories as much credence as I do the sudden complaints of illegal kissing perpetrated by Trump a couple decades ago.

So, you can attack Catholics all you wish but if you think that attacks on Catholics is going to further your weird liberal agenda some how, you are confused.

The question the OP had was "how can a Catholic vote for Hillary." And it was based on the emails from Hillary's campaign, bad mouthing them AND the idea that Hillary is for late term abortions or any abortions for that matter. I am not a Catholic but I believe that their belief is that they are against abortion and any form of birth control. The second has been relaxed somewhat, I think.

You liberals have a tendency to push absolutes, but only when it suits you. If someone is pro-life, you believe that they hate women and are against their civil rights. If we are for the death penalty, you are suddenly pro-life. If a person makes more money than you, you believe it is not fair and they should share it. But, if you are wealthy, you do not wish to share it.

The question is how can a Catholic vote for Hillary. The answer is that they have to disregard their personal religious beliefs and vote for her for superficial reasons, such as Hillary is a female and a Dem and would be the first female president. Even though she would be a flawed, and corrupt president, with a history of criminal lawlessness, liberals will vote for her regardless.
