Don't be too hard on Kerry. After all he did receive three Purple Hearts in VN despite never having spent a day in the hospital and only serving three months in VN. As a criminal investigator for over 40 years I and any other knowledgeable investigator will tell you she was guilty of numerous criminal laws. Just because she was not charged does not mean she did not commit the offense.

My research has shown that once any group has been disarmed they don't fair too well, in the long run...case in point, the German Jews prior to and during WWII.
