Obama apparently is not aware or doesn't care about that old saying "You can fool some of the people all of the time..............He thinks his speaking skills are so good all he has to do is lean over his tele-prompter and Wow we have the speaking version of Barry White and we all just swoon over his words...You know that did happen to me but then I woke up.
