The President has no right to do this and many other things he's done. If it were a Republican President doing this Buggy would again be "squealing like a pig stuck in barbed wire" (since he liked that phrase, I repeated it)

The President does not have the right to use "executive powers" in this manner.

Frankly RICH.....other Presidents have used this means, but I find the subject matter of these executive orders to really attack a lot of our fundamentals and are basically unannounced to the american people with some sort of explanation.

For example Bush used this means to do quite a bit in the arena of security and as I reviewed them, they were pretty much internal and certainly gave nothing away to "partners"...ie. other countries.

I might also add that this is just another of those areas where Obama, the candidate just railed on and on and criticized Bush for issuing just one of them.

To me, anyway, the subject matter is so basic to this country, to do it in "silence" is a bit suspect !

I think he and his folks count on that !!! His followers are more interested in Romney's success than where the country is going !

getdul981: You are spot on. Three blind mice three blind mice see how they run....they all ran after the farmer's wife who cut off their tails with a carving knife.... Perhaps that is why Englnd nd Canada have such a clear picture as to who this guy really is and what he is up to.

Moral of the story don't follow blindly
