One does not have to be a Liberal or Socialist to not be a fan of Sarah Palin as a leader. She is an attractive woman with a lovely family. Like many of the posters here, I am a Villager...and a fiscal conservative. A smart conservative woman is Condi Rice....

Richie, you are right it was a book signing - not a rally. I think TH (the nice adminsitrator) was having a bit of a jest based on the improbable estimates of the size of the crowds she drew last year.

I too am a Villager...and a fiscal conservative. I am far more moderate on other issues than Sarah Palin, but I don't go so far as to call myself a social liberal.

I think Sarah Palin has a lot of gumption. I don't agree with her on most things but she is a woman with chutzpah. She will stand out in history.

They only passed out a certain number of wristbands. I was there at 6AM and they were already turning people away.
