I get the impression that those who are against Trump or fear what Trump may do have either a pesonal stake in a benefit that could come under the axe.
Or a relative/family member.

Why else would there be so much thetoric about "what will be lost or taken away".......

I do not think anybody will have a problem taking away from those who should not have the benefit in the first place.

And I cannot imagine anybody having a problem doing away with jobs that do nothing or add any value.

It might help a lot if some would get away from sniping at each other and discuss the merits or lack thereof of actions that can in fact benefit Americans.

The talking point regimine and requirements must be awful enticing. Why else would people do nothing but bad mouth the opposition?

It is fine to have opposition but the mantra of some that operate under the guideline tha tif one is not of their same opinion, party or belief, then call them names and disparage what they say.

Waste of time effort as in so many of the posts here that are nothing more than opposition response head hunters.

Although Rick Perry couldn't even remember the name of the agency that he promised to eliminate during his campaign (DOE)...he's now going to be in charge of it?

You really can't even make up up this level of lunacy, ignorance and evil...that Chump keeps perpetuating.

Name a few, since you think you know it all. Name some of his "evil" that you speak of. While you are at it, practice saying "President Trump."

And then, pull my finger CNM...................

Most of us know at least one of the 55 million people on Medicare, or one of the 22 million people enrolled in the Affordable Care Act.

Republican orthodoxy has been to get rid of these programs, and they finally have their chance with Trump in the White House.

Why is the belief that if something is removed there is no intent to fill the void or provide something better?

There is a plus to the government being out of it.

They will not be able to "borrow" from it AGAIN.
They would not be able to just bring in thousands or millions and give them a free ride on our benefits.

I know the snap back knee jerk commentary will be to crap all over such discussion.

However. How many have had their pension from a company they worked be disbanded and turned over to some fiduciary that honors the benefit every month like clock work? There was never a heartbeat missed during the transition.

So it would be helpful when folks are dissing all over a concept to present the action(s) in their entirety.....not just the bogey man side of it.

No I am not advocating eliminating anything...so take that twist away.

However I am open to listening to what, if anything is proposed.

OK....let er rip!!

And how many people have had their pensions taken over by the PBGC and receive about 10% of what they were expecting?

Everybody has been anxiously waiting to hear what Trump's plan is for replacing Obamacare. So far, the only thing he has said "it will be a better plan for less money. It will be fabulous". Who can argue with that?

This is on the same level as naming a sec of labor who believes workers should be replaced by robots, an EPA chief who is a climate change denier (and a Koch Bros attorney general), a DHHS chief who believes women should be fired from their jobs if they use birth control, and a VP who believes you can 'pray away the gay'.

Trump's latest pick is Monica Crowley, PHD, who famously said that President Obama was pretending to be black. Another mental giant. Anybody know where she matriculated?

Life is rough for you, isn't it? Just a bunch of horrors that you must endure every day. Don't worry, no matter how bad you think Trump is, Obama was much worst and we lived through his 8 years.

Chinnie, do you think that Obama is going to deem himself Emperor and stay in power? Obie is ROAD (retired on active duty). Trump has already accomplished more since winning than Obie has in his first year in office. By the way, what HAS Obama accomplished, other than divide the country and increase racial tension?

Obie vs. Chump. See what I mean? Youre OK with one and not the other.

Accomplishments? Let's start off with his first term:

Nice try, but I have never complained about the whining lefties on here calling Trump names or Bush or Trump's wife, etc. You are the crying little sissies that complain that I use the nickname of Obie, as in Obi Wan Kenobi, the One. Not even a slur on him such as you losers use on Trump.

By the way, Chinny I went to that link and couldn't find any accomplishments. It gave a list of incidents, hardly complimentary.

Obamacare = failure
Stimulus = wasted
Car manufacturing = political for unions, failure.
Etc, etc..............

He will go down in history only as being the first black president. And he got that via affirmative action.....seriously. Obamacare will be a black (no pun) mark on his record. Foreign affairs? Total Middle East disaster, because he is weak.

Sorry, but if you all wanted a first black president, there were a lot of better and more experienced to choose from. Should have gone with a black Republican. Obama is nothing more than a face, a celebrity wannabe, an entertainer apprentice with a captive audience.

I see yours and Chump's minions problem (and Chump himself of course).

You ignorant fools actually think opinions...are facts.
