I wonder how East Palo Alto became such as spot for crime? It is quite close to Stanford. It probably was not the struggling people who live there and who want to get out of there quickly.

It does look like it has improved since I was driving through there in the mid 1980s.

You know, I thought of that, Tal, BUT it will not resolve the issue that many of us have with what you are doing. It's the fact that we have to spend so much time scrolling through to get to the threads we actually want to read and you know that putting you on our ignore list will not eliminate that. Why you would not acquiesce to everyone's wishes on here is a mystery to me. It seems you are offending a lot of people by being so obstinate.
