While I applaud Cruz's refusal to be bullied after having his wife and father publicly insulted by Chump, I just wish it had been almost anyone else...except that hypocritical, extremist fake Christian.

Retired, I cannot prove it to you but I did see it first hand. Tenure does this:
A Prof can work for a liberal Chairman or Dean and put in about 6 hours a week for a salary of $70K to $90K so how is that for starters?
How about a full Professor, Tenured at UC Berkeley and has a business full time on the side, full salary at school and shows up MAYBE a couple of hours per week at school. I could give you pages of examples.
In the Congress it appears to be the same system with different players.

You want to place the blame, where it belongs on the GOP. Of course, that is where it belongs. Obama has had racial rants. That is total nonsense. Obama could stand there and keep his mouth shut, and the color of his skin would be considered a racial rant.

Crime is down. Illegal immigration is down. The Dow has tripled, since it hit the bottom with "W's" Great Recession. You listen to Trump, and everything is gloom and doom. His mere presence as president will fix everything. It must be real hard to fix things that aren't broken.
