OK so we will grant that this is his list of things done.
Now let's check to see which are any good.

The political/legal responses always, ALWAYS bear further investigation.

The example I have used befor is if the Clintons owned a restaurant and people got sick from eating their chicken they would respond that it was government inspected.

They would not say a word about the additional fact that yes, it was government inspected....it was failed/rejected!!!!!
