THE leading scientist on Polar Bears has been denied participation at the Polar bear study group being held this week in Copenhagen, as a part of the UN's Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. Why? The e-mail sent to him by the chairman of the group answers that, “…his rejection had nothing to do with his undoubted expertise on polar bears: "it was the position you've taken on global warming that brought opposition”.

A committee on polar bears denies admission to the leading expert on the subject because he dare oppose the sanctity of Al Gore and those who accept anthropogenic global warming as an article of faith! It appears that the Inquisition has come back to us and anyone who dares to present information not conforming to the required belief must be driven from polite society and have all funds, whether public or private, cut off.

Yet, the AGW proponents have the audacity to paint the skeptics as "anti-science". Little do they know, but this narrow-minded view of science that they are pushing actually hurts their cause. How can any fair-minded person believe what they are saying when they repeatedly squelch any opposing views and threaten the careers of those who hold them?

So let me get this straight...1 polar bear biologist says that the polar bear populations are climbing and the rest of the polar bear biologists say they are declining.

We're rapidly moving to be a society in which dissent is not tolerated and those that dare to speak up are silenced. Dr Mitchell Taylor has been researching the status and management of polar bears in Canada and around the Arctic Circle for 30 years, as both an academic and a government employee.

Max Mayfield, the now retired long term-director of the National Hurricane Center, and Dr. William Gray, the man who has been the leader in hurricane prediction, stopped receiving NOAA funding when they published a paper saying that if global warming is true, it has shown no sign of increasing hurricane frequency or strength. They suggested the way to control hurricane damage was to stop building on or near the coastline.

What is so frustrating about these fools is that they are the politicians and greedy bastards who don't want a cut in their profits who use bogus science or the lowest scientists in the gene pool who will distort data for a few bucks. The vast majority of the scientific minds in the World agree and understand it's a very serious problem that can do an untold amount of damage to life on Earth.
So when the right wing ****tards have caused it to be too late to fix the problem, and we start seeing the devastating consequences and we start seeing end of the World type events - how will we punish those responsible. It will be too late. So shouldn't we start punishing them now?

While these may appear to be extremist outburst, they unfortunately are not.

So called 'scientific consensus' is a meaningless phrase. If it were true we would still believe the earth to be flat and the center of the universe. When 'everyone' knows something, it probably is false,

Global climate changes occur when the Sun decides they should.

There is nothing any of us can do about it.

Cleaning the air is a good idea for other reasons. But No one has any plan to do so.

The Liberals duped by Gore want to allow certain of their leaders to get rich on cock and bull programs which will do nothing to clean the air or change what the Sun will do.

When leading Liberals decided to capitalize on trumped up theories the Rank and File Liberals jumped on board as soon as Republicans decided to question the phony theories. that is when all common sense went out the window and climate change became a political battle.
