Actually, you are wrong and naive. But, that is why you liberals have that can't do attitude. Besides, any legal immigrant that has waited in line for any substantial period of time to come in here LEGALLY, isn't so easily con'd by the Dems that want to buy their vote, ......as well as their soul.

Are you saying that you liberals get the illegal alien vote?

I guess I'm wondering who would do the same kind of work that illegals do for farmers, cleaning business, and restaurants...at the pay they get... surely not the average American boy on the street!

SO, you are against minimum wages. And you figure that you would rather circumvent the tax system also. I thought all you liberals were all about more taxes.

No, it is not me that is wrong about Hispanics shying away from Republicans. It is absolutely true.

Of course, it is impossible to have a reasonable discussion with someone like you who has a serious dementia issue.

I pity your caretaker.

If you liberals stopped with the handouts, "the average American boy on the steeet" would take those jobs.

I have noticed that every time you get upset, you attempt to slur instead of converse civilly. That's either a maturity problem, or a.....maturity problem. Please feel free to explain where you feel Republicans have been the cause of "Hispanics shying away..." The only Hispanics that should have any grudge should be the illegals. And why would we care about illegals, other than they are the cause of some problems in America and need to be expelled from our country. I can see where you would be upset. After all, you Dems are losing ground and really need an infusion of illegal voters. But, don't mind me, unlike you I live in the Villages and apparently have a "dementia issue". Wonder what that says of you, if I am handicapped and you can't win a simple debate. Hang in there, because when you grow up, you too may have to deal with those younger and smarter folks. Hope you are half as smart as you think you are now when you reach my age.

Tell me what percentage of the Republican party is made up of Hispanics or blacks? What is the average age of the Republican voter?

As you can see, those demographics go to the Democratic Party.

As for you living in The Villages, good for you. It obviously is a bastion of Republican voters who are just living out their remaining days spouting off their rants while being fed their pills and having their Depends changed by their caregiver. Check out the world outside your bubble firsthand and you just might change viewpoints on topics.

All you are telling me is that the left buys minority votes. Like I said before, the ones that join the Republican party are the ones that are here legally, believe in the proper procedure for obtaining citizenship and do not respect those that break our laws. If the demographics are so important to the election, how do you explain a Republican majority in congress? I wonder what kind of crazy answer you will give me for that. Probably another slur.

You must be really scared of The Villages if you find the need to troll our little blog with your rants and slurs. Yes, we do live in a bubble. How nice it is! Someday, when you get old enough, you can join us. We don't make it a prerequisite that you be conservative, just civil. By the way, addressing your peevish little rant about "being fed" our pills, I can proudly say that I take no medicine other than daily vitamins. Hope you can still say that when you reach my age. If you live that long.

The Republican nominee will need to garner at least 40 percent of the Hispanic vote in order to win in 2016. That is a high mark to hope for considering that Romney got only 23 percent of the Hispanic vote. Trump's outrageous comments are not going to make him popular with Hispanics and that rings true with comments from other candidates as well.

Dear Guest: If you doubt that Democrats want to keep illegal immigrants who committed in this country than please explain SANCTUARY CITIES.

It is inconceivable that any president/congress will move forward with mass deportation. Its a nice thought as a simple solution in the abstract but when it comes to reality it gets really ugly. All threats of deportation is going to do is drive people underground. It is better to offer incentives/opportunities
In my view those who state we have to secure the borders first are right. And then yo know your going to see a mad rush by illegals to get in before the the border is fully secured. One way to deal with that onslaught is to establish a cut off entry date.

Then deal with the illegals aliens who are here now

Voters need to learn the difference between bravado and fact.

Personal Best Regards:

I am very surprised by your post. It was very well written and you, for once, are right on the mark. Keep it up.

We don't need new immigration laws. We need to enforce the ones we have.

Secure the borders
Deport illegals as they are caught by police (ie, traffic stops, etc.)
Arrest and fine anyone hiring illegals.

Simple, and illegal migration will slow to a trickle and finally almost nonexistent.

I keep hearing the liberals and even some Republicans that whine that it is impossible to deport millions of illegals. What would you do if they were captured soldiers of an invading army? Like they used to say in the service "impossible just takes a little longer."

Not true. You are assuming that they might turn out to vote for Hillary. You also are not taking into consideration the Independent vote, which is probably larger than either the Republican or the Democrat vote. You are giving the Hispanics way more credit than truth. Wishful thinking, I suspect.

No where in my post did I mention Clinton. I stated that Romney got only 23 percent Hispanic vote and the GOP needs at least 40 percent of the Hispanic vote to win. These are statistics that have been proven. Check it out in some research and you will learn something.
