It just gets to me that we say now "slamming the door in their faces would be a betrayal of our values" after we have ignored their cries for help for over 3 years"

I also wonder, based on past track record, if the WH will ever advise the states, and for that matter, all American citizens how they are vetting.

We already know that the WH sent some to Louisiana WITHOUT EVER ADVISING THEM..

Trust is a big issue now. Do we trust the WH who is silent....and will not and hasn't discussed other immigration concerns.

The President said that the attacks in France were simply a setback, so do not expect him to contact Governors or talk to the American people.
Obama and the so called WH advisors have earned one thing from we the people....DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY.......NOTHING!!!!!
everything that comes from Obama and his advisors is 100% digested, regurgitated and slanted to reflect his agenda.

The military? The farther from the WH the more trustworthy they are!

By the way, they are reporting in the local press in Louisiana that one of the refugees has already gone missing.

Chris Nakamoto WBRZ
We're learning more details on the Syrian Refugee in Baton Rouge. Catholic Charities helped the refugee. However, we're told the immigrant left after a few days, and Catholic Charities doesn't know where he or she went. It's not their job to track them. Details on WBRZ Channel 2 at 6.

Good news is that the WH will have a phone conference with governors this evening to discuss concerns on refugees.

THAT is a good sign, but how those in LA got here so quick is startling.

I suspect that it will probably be a one-way conversation, with Obama doing all the talking.

More like lecturing and ranting about the evil Republicans.

Imagine going from Syria to Louisiana? Probably would rather take his chances back home. [emoji6]

If that was case, he wouldn't have left.

I'm sure that Obama has nothing to fear overseas. After all, he is an ally to all radicals, whether it's The Wall St protesters, Black Lives Matter, thugs/criminals that get killed by the police or terrorists. He's probably got less enemies overseas than in the U.S.

Apparently the folks in TN did not attend the Obama lecture. The good ol' boy state is stepping up to the plate and saying what they believe and what they intend to do about it:

Tennessee GOP leader: Round up Syrian refugees, remove from state

Curious. Obama lit the White House up in rainbow colors when the court made a decision for gay marriage. Obama refused to light up the White House in the French colors like many other countries did in solidarity. He was even late for the G-20 moment of silence. He called the terrorist attack in France a "setback." Is this arrogance or what?

I'll take or what?

He is an embarassment and does not represent the way of the American people.

And you know there is no voting block in the French so.......
