The people north of 466 now are in control. If a pond leaks south of 466 it is fixed. Think about law suits that give you as a group control. We didn't sue the developer south of 466.
The gate was put in place to protect all of The area from an invasion of alien golf carts. The Villages was going into negotiation at that time with Fruitland Park to build there and did NOT want to have Golf Carts being able to enter and leave The Villages from the new area so they had to close the gate so as not to have a precedent. Good on them. Janet Tutt may or may not have known but she doesn't work for YOU, she works for the CCDD/developer.
