Does that sound like he sincerely loves reading the Bible, had wonderful memories of Sunday School and appreciated his mother's gift? I even brought my Bible----that's like an 8 year old going to a baseball game and bringing your glove. Why mention the Art of The Deal? Who does that?

I find most thing he says insincere. Just watch his face when other people are talking and you can tell what he is thinking. He toned that down quite a bit. Which means it doesn't come naturally to him.
There was no satirical , complex or sophistry in your original post . Sorry but you are reading far to much into your offering if that actually was your intention .

Both sides are being blind and unreasoning. Both sides have some pretty ugly folks promoting their causes.

I will always do my best to respect those whose viewpoints differ from mine, unless you spew hatred and, for those, there is no respect, just pity and extreme dislike.

I cannot support Trump. I may dislike Hillary but at least she doesn't promote hatred and bigotry. Trump's foreign policies go well beyond the pale. I think a 13YO has a better grasp of foreign affairs. Domestically, Trump actually has some good ideas, such as his plan for child care (but still not convinced it is feasible).

So, vote your conscience. I'm voting mine,
Nicely put.

Vote Hillary 2016. I am not thrilled by Hillary Clinton either but Donald Trump is a very dangerous choice for President of the United States. It would be very hard to really get any checks-and-balances on someone so unpredictable and who has billions of dollars along with an army of lawyers and who puts a huge emphasis on law and order and a huge military buildup. We can get checks-and-balances of all kinds on Hillary Clinton.

And Donald Trump has followers who are violent zealots and he has advocated violence in the past.

And I really do not trust him at all.

I saw the same speech, He also told them they were going to be so so so protected. Protected from what? Then later in his speech these good God fearing bunch were chanting lock her up, lock her up. Sorry do not see the Bible correlation and kinder side in all of this BS.

It is both well known and accepted within the upper echelons of American Society that the best and brightest among us are all strong Democrats . This is because they are not only the most knowledgeable about pretty much any issue but they are by far the most understanding , compassionate , generous and sincere .

So why would anyone not want to be part of this movement ? Trumppies -- rhymes with grumpies stop and think about who and what you are supporting . Hillary is much smarter than trump when it comes to finance , trade issues , job creation . Don`t forget she created over 200,000 new good paying jobs in NY State when she was a Senator just as she promised she would .
She has demonstrated her skill with international matters .
Could it be that you old white male repuglians just can`t support a woman for president ? It must be the only rerason when you weigh all of the facts .

Listen the original argument is very simple and basic : Wouldn`t you rather be a proud member of the " in crowd " ?
Then just vote Hillary and be proud .

In fact just today Hillary said : " Black-girl magic is real " . Now who wouldn`t be proud to endorse that ?

That happens far too often.
I wish there was a name for one who does their own counterpointing.

Feel free to type in my name but know that you'd be dead wrong. I have never responded to my own posts and can't imagine I ever would. Do you really believe I would use a term such as "repuglican"? I leave out words, I don't misspell them ("rerason"). I don't think Democrats are the most "compassionate, honest, sincere." I think Democrats are people, just like Republicans. Both sides honestly and sincerely believe in their parties, even if they don't quite agree with their candidates.

As to the comment that I must believe in late-stage abortions because I'm willing to vote for Hillary is a heck of an assumption. I don't share all of her beliefs, just as I imagine most here don't share all of Trump's beliefs. We're stuck accepting some things we don't believe or even like for what we feel is the greater good.

Red

P.S. I still don't understand why every poster here can't be "Guest" with a number after their name. That way, the idiotic anonymity could be preserved but we'd know if someone is responding to their own post. Another plus would be we could put someone on ignore who truly offends us.

Who amoung us changes words, mostly names to be funny? Repugnant is turned into repuglians. Who would call themselves the best and the brightest? I think this is a satirical post.

Better and Smarter people vote for Trump. Just two more cents to add to the thread.

Real adult political forum thread for careful consideration. I do believe that desperate alcoholics come up with some of this cr@p.

The smartest people vote for neither, knowing they're BOTH corrupt liars.

Yes, that's real logical and sensible. Vote for no one, because they may not be what you want them to be. Great idea! Well, that leaves you out of the debate as to which side is "Nice and Smart."
