Default The Lie of The Century by Obama

Obama says that he is trying to help the private sector, but he is being blocked by the Republicans.

Actually this is two lies isn't it.

unfortunately, when you tell the general american public something long enough, they believe it!

he woud also have us believe that he is trying to save jobs...he just fails to tell us that they are for himself and the democrats!

Without Republican blockage, we would be even further along at this time.
Go President Obama.

The Republicans can't stop anything right now since the Democrats have the votes to prevent a filibuster, so the Democrats only have to keep their zombies in line and pass whatever they want; for a few more months anyway.

We're now in debt at a rate 3 times what it was when Bush was President. How much further down this road do you want to be?

How much further do you want this country to sink?

How can the Republicans hold Obama back. The Democrats are in complete control. If they can't get the votes it is their own fault.

Blocking Filibuster Majority control of the house:

Am I alone in my sincere desire to see a vote go 50/50 for anything in the house. I mean 50% of both republicans and democrats voting for or against something and the other half of both parties voting the opposite. When you have a vote from one party with 95% voting for and the other party 95% against we do not have a democratic house, we have a bunch of playground children thumbing their nose at what the other side of the yard wants. Shameful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lou Card, with all due respect, the United State of America isn't, by the true definition of the word, a democracy. It wasn't set up like that by our Founding Fathers and isn't government as such by the US Constitution.

True BK, but you did not address my issue with how no Dem can vote with a Reb and no Reb can vote with a dem on so many issues.

Q: Are they voting for there constituents or with their Stock Market Portfolio?

In my opinion, no group of 200 men can vote half one way and half the other way based on party line and be an honest person.

Okay, Lou Card, bear with me. The way my mind works, I have to work through my thoughts a certain way. It drives my husband crazy. Let's look at this together. I don't have an answer, but, here's how my mind works:

How many bills do you think either chamber of Congress and their appropriate committees vote on each and every day?

Be cautious when dealing with a person that answers a question with a question.

You need to do a little study on how politics works in America.
