Mark Williams
I'm proud of the decision of the Tea Party to disagree with the beliefs of Mark Williams. It seems clear that he is in fact a racist but with the Tee Party saying publicly that they do not support him is a big step for an organization that has so many of his type affiliating themselves with this organization. If they, the Tea Party, continue to condemn racism, I feel they will grow in popularity among independents, but will certainly loose some radials on the right. I think, however, that there is far more to gain by running the racists off.
NOTE: I do not believe that the TEA PARTY is a racist group. |

Never heard of the man. Last winter I made a short video and in it I said that "I am the Tea Party Leader" Thousands of people posted to that sight saying the same thing. The meaning of the videos is that the Tea Party Movement has no real leaders. We all want basically the same things.
I receive e-mails every day from our Tea Party people here where I live. I feel bad that I am not more active, as I am invited to cookouts and events but do not go. I went to the original one one April 15, 2009 and there was all kind of good people there and no sign of the over-used word "racist" |

To be honest I think this administration is the most racially divisive in history. It is embarrassing to see the things that go on in this White House.

I won't deny that, but I feel it is important that no one supports or tolerates racism, sexism, age discrimination, etc. It just does not wash with me.

Playing the race card by the current administration is
one of their means to get attention to the issues of significance that plague this nation that they have been unable to improve/change.
Race is a significant part of Obama's agenda...more so than any other administration. The reason is clear when one pursues the backgrounds of both Obamas, their aquaintences and their constant comparisons/references to people of color. I have several non white friends who are absolutely shocked by this administrations constant focus on people of color. How would the subject be recieved if a white POTUS continually talked about the needs and advancements of people NOT of color? For the current administration it is nothing more than a voting block to keep in their camp....what ever it takes. btk |
