Why is it when I Google 224 613 project it only comes up with TOTV posts by none other than tal725... there are zero other references online for supposed victims...in the year 2017 people use the internet not the library to find resources..

It is a completely fictitious project. Tal has been completely blacklisted in his own field. But he actually never had a field.

I do not know this person Allegiance as far as I know so do not know how credible it is really is. But this kind of language and the intent to harm in some unspecified manner should not be allowed on ANY kind of FORUM.
