Not once but twice he has been out playing golf while the people in Puerto Rico suffer from hurricane Maria:

This is worse then Bush and his "Brownie is doing a great job" remark.

Who cares? You seem to believe whatever someone tells you, so what does that say about you? Words such as idiot, and stupid come to mind.

Empathetic guy......

"SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico - U.S. President Donald Trump blamed Puerto Ricans on Saturday for the slow pace of relief from the devastating damage caused by Hurricane Maria, saying his government, which has come under fire for its response, was doing an "amazing job."

Trump took to Twitter early on Saturday to fire back at the mayor of San Juan, the island's largest city. On Friday, Carmen Yulin Cruz had criticized Trump's Republican administration and begged for more help, pleas that received widespread television coverage in the mainland United States.

Maria, the most powerful storm to strike Puerto Rico in nearly 90 years, wiped out the power and communications systems, making it difficult to get food, water and fuel around the island. The hurricane has killed at least 16 people, according to the official death toll.

Trump, who was spending the weekend at his private golf club in Bedminster, New Jersey, said Cruz was attacking him for partisan reasons.

"Such poor leadership by the Mayor of San Juan and others in Puerto Rico who are not able to get their workers to help," said Trump, who is slated to visit the island on Tuesday. "They want everything to be done for them when it should be a community effort."

Trumps quotes...words from him...being described as "anti-Trump" rants. There is a message there.

The empathy shown on TOTV for the people of Puerto Rico, fellow American citizens who fight in US military has been overwhelming.

Of course we have those damn palm fronds not picked up to worry a lot.

OMG Trump is playing golf while people in Puerto Rico suffer. do you think that perhaps you are dealing in rhetorical excesses with this nonsense statement.

This is especially laughable as leading from behind Obama wouldn't let a catastrophe, a terrorist attack, etc keep him from his game. P L E A S E

I have played 3 times...I suppose you think I should have flown over there and boiled water instead.

Yep here he is! One of those who would still support Donald Trump even if he shot somebody in Times Square. Take a bow!

It's impossible to change the minds of Trump supporters, they won't hear a word. I don't know what this nation is coming to with the divide into "tribes" since the rise of Fox "News". Globalization, immigration and changing social mores have been with us for a long time without producing awful political outcomes. What’s new is the existence of the fury factories of the right, from Fox News to Breitbart. Opinion journalism is meant to influence and inflame, and it does. Especially in an age in which civics is taught poorly (and, increasingly, rarely), people are politically suggestible. Their specialty is the communication of rage to an audience prone to histrionics. It can feel awfully good to be awfully mad. When nastiness sells, the worst rise. Anger is an excellent emotion for pushing ratings and winning elections and a terrible one for agreeing to compromises and crafting legislation.

Trump tweet from 2012....

"The federal gov. has handled Sandy worse than Katrina. There is no excuse why people don't have electricity or fuel yet."

What is amazing...on TOTV who always has words of sympathy...this island full of American citizens who pay billions each year in taxes and serve in the military, get not a word because of Trump, and guess that is because they are not white Americans. Cannot come up with another reason.

Ten days and 95% still have no power. On the main board they are discussing the problems with palm fronds..I attempted to interject Puerto Rico, but not one word supporting sympathy for these folks...not one.

While Trump was tweeting maligning the mayor PERSONALLY today, I just saw a picture taken of her wading in waste high water delivering food.

Yet, he is a hero...

Things happen, but what is the need to attack and demean someone personally when they are down. WHY
