The same WILL be said of "old people", you and me...what value DO we provide society?

You are correct. No one wants to admit it, but it is reality. How many millions should we spend on a 10% preemie infant addicted to opioids whose mother shoots heroin a few times a day? $500k a day? $1mil a day?

How about a multi-million dollar treatment for a 3% stage 4 cancer "victim" who was smoking two packs a day?
