There are many rules and laws involved with legal immigration, but as usual the liberals have prevented the enforcement of the laws resulting in chaos and the immigrants going on entitlement.

Trump needs no new laws, just actual enforcement, also enforce the laws against liberals that try to interfere with enforcement.
