I’ve had worse. Basement dwellers passed off to me as helpers. NOTHING plssed me off more is when I told them to meet me at 03:45 and they arrived at 03:47. Useless pieces of millennial shlt. BTW, they expected to make scale after their apprenticeship of 7 years. 7 years of NOTHING they learned.

All of my guys have been with me long enough to know if they don't show up to a job 15 minutes early they're 30 minutes late. NOTHING can be used as an excuse for tardiness. Well I did cut one guy some slack when his wife went into labor.. lol
