This thread may be about President Obama but there has already been plenty of documented and official proof that he is a natural born citizen of the USA. That issue has been put to bed.

However, some have said President Obama has lied on occasion. May be true. They were not important, though. No lives have been lost due to his lies, if there were any in the first place.

Personally, I believe that the lies told by George W. Bush were much more damaging. The US, based on his lies, invaded Iraq and cost the US over 4,400 American lives and trillions of dollars. This is NOT diversion. What would you rather see? A lie about a former girlfriend or a lie costing over 4,400 American lives and tens of thousands wounded and scarred for life in either mind or body?

Yes, Affordable Health care is terrible. 30 million uninsured now get health care. Seniors with pre-existing conditions now get health care. Students can remain on parent's policy until 26 - terrible. Seniors get "donut hole" pharmacy benefits - terrible. Free preventive screenings for cancer - terrible.
Insurance companies cannot drop sick people from coverage - terrible.
Strengthens Medicare by stopping fraud, waste, and abuse - terrible (Rick Scott?)

How many Villagers are now benefitting from some of these features? I would guess quite a few. Have you ever known anyone who was dropped by a health insurer because they had some long term medical problem or could not get insurance?

I do understand Bucco's concern about the Affordable Health Care Act.

I do understand Bucco's concern about the possibility of some misspoken statements by the President but to me, they are not serious.

Serious lying is what George Bush did to get over 4,400 Americans killed in Iraq and tens of thousands more wounded and scarred for life both physically and mentally.

it is my understanding that John McCain was born outside of the United States proper but on the United States possession or property while his parents were on the business of the United States. This is a lot different than someone being born in a foreign country. Although his mother was a US citizen and she was not there on US business. A fine point I agree but I think there is a definite difference especially when you see the kind of deception that have been put forth by the President.

The Arizona Secretary of State threatens to remove President Obama from the November ballot without proper verification of birth certificate from Hawaii. Once AZ does this, then every other state will follow AZ's lead.

Republican's are just like a dog with a bone on this issue. They will not let it go. It could be time for Democrats to jump on a draft Hillary bandwagon. Think of the coup that would give the Clintons - Hillary jumping in to save the democratic party from her opponent, and Bill leading the democrats to victory against the party that impeached him.

That's an old argument that was debunked so many years ago (1999) that I'm frankly surprised that it's still being dredged up.

John McCain was born to U.S. service personnel in a U.S. military installation while they, at that time, were there the under order of the U.S. government.

It's been long decided that is tantamount to a U.S. birth.

Barack Hussein Obama seems to have just been born in Kenya, period.

I'm not talking about your post in this sentence, but I have to admit that the desperate ridiculing of those who want answers pertaining to these new documents and news stories indicating the foreign birth of the current occupant of the "people's house", and the relating of irrelevant stories, is very amusing to me.
