I don't care where Obama was born, his father was NOT a US Citizen at the time of this birth and in accordance with our United States Constitution he is not a "NATURAL BORN CITIZEN" but he could be a native born citizen. Google the difference and all those that did not vet this man should find themselves facing treason charges. The same applies for Rubio, his parents did not become naturalized citizens until 1975 and he was born in 1971, thus making Rubio a native born citizen and not a natural born citizen.

But just because a person is born outside the borders of the U.S. doesn't mean they're not a citizen. As an example, John McCain wasn't born in the U.S. either. My problem is that we have a President who LIED his way into office and continues to lie....I find that stunningly shocking !

Here's the 14th Amendment section, stating that citizens are either "born in" or "naturalized in" the United States, with no mention of the parents' citizenship or not. A person is either one or the other, "born in" or "naturalized".

John Boehner is always talking about kicking the can down the road. Hillary would kick his can down the road. Plus the Clintons both have 70% favorability ratings.

it is my understanding that John McCain was born outside of the United States proper but on the United States possession or property while his parents were on the business of the United States. This is a lot different than someone being born in a foreign country. Although his mother was a US citizen and she was not there on US business. He was born in the US Panama Canal Zone on a Naval Station. Same as being born in Brooklyn. The only thing is, these days, his passport will say Panama as birthplace. Jimmy Carter took mine and Mr. McCain's birthplace off the map and our passports.

I am not a 'birther', but this really caught my eye. Someone once told me that Obama's team surely would have properly vetted him before nominating for president; baloney, this wouldn't be the first time those teams (from either side) messed up! Think 4 yr. ago.

Anyway, let's face it: He's been our prez for 3 1/2 yr. and may or may not return to office. Nothing will come of this. Save your breath.

It might have an impact on the election if Obama is not on the ballot in some states because of the politics of that state's governor and secretary of state.
