I don't know about Rice, but I do know that Powell did not transmit or receive classified info on unsecured Internet. I should know, because I worked for him indirectly, personal friend of technician that traveled with him and worked his telecommunications, and I also set up his system in Bangladesh for his visit. I know how tech savy Powell was as well as patriotic and know he would not jeopardize national security. He had no reason. He had top of the line tech. He was responsible for a major upgrade of technical equipment in the stateDept. Just because an uninformed media network says something does not make it true.

The thing is we we will never know? Why? she wipe her emails (had someone do it as much as they could in 8 months) then turned over the account. Plus the Obama adm. slow release of the emails. You do know there are still thousands to be release, probably after she dies of old age.
