The president runs foreign affairs. Congress can only ratify agreements.

The president can set, and does and is able to set examples for cultural change

The president and this is important represents the entire country to the world as the leader of the largest and most powerful county on earth and his words have meaning and consequences.

Oh how right you are there. Obama destroyed this country with the cultural changes he fostered. He "n!@@erized" it. Under him, Hispanics became the majority of babies born. Minorities became the majority. "America IS lost unless the trend is reversed.

He "represents" America as a CEO represents a corporation. And like the CEO...he does the will of the "board of directors". They're CALLED "board of directors" for a reason...THEY direct the direction of the company and hire the CEO to do it...to make it so. Do not ever complain about congress, and do not ever defend our Presidents showing favor to Russia. Again, this stuff cannot be put back in the bottle.
