Amb Bolton couldn't even get confirmed to be ambassador to the UN. Fat chance he would be confirmed as secretary of state.

It's typically the old farts who are so quick to go to war because no one will ask them to lay their life on the line.

Really Debbie? You want the sitting president to declare Marshall Law and declare the election void? You'd have NO problem with that?

And you wonder why you don't get handed positions of responsibility. Without quotas, you'd be nowhere. You women...you're a danger to everyone. You don't think things through...you're too emotional.

Exactly how do you relate that short statement regarding John Boton to anyone not wishing to support their country. I am going to assume that you are not speaking of me. Especially, considering you are a woman that most likely was never required to serve her country in combat. On the other hand, I have always been ready to serve my country. At age 18, Vietnam all the way to Desert Storm and even in my fifties in Baghdad 2003 during Iraqi Freedom. This old "fart" would continue to serve his country if asked or needed. Age makes NO difference, only physical ability. So, please don't presume to know someone without a bit of their history. If I have misunderstood your reply, I apologize.

Like I said before, out of all the possible candidates for SecState, so far I like the idea of John Bolton. I do not care for the other candidates that might be chosen. This is just my opinion.

Amb Bolton couldn't even get confirmed as UN Ambassador. He had to get a recess appointment under cover of darkness by GW Bush. Have times changed that much?

He wasn't confirmed because of a democrat majority congress. His only critics are liberals and few wish-washy Republicans. He did a good job and he will do a good job if given a chance at SecState. Although, now it appears that he won't get the chance, so it is a moot point.

So much for Make America Great. This is international capitalism at its worst with this pick by Donald Trump for Secretary of State. It will be the interests of the international billionnaires and their companies looking out for one another.

Works for me. It seems to me that the richer the rich get , the better the rest of us live. The more they make the more taxes they pay. The more they hire, the more people paying taxes and the more they spend, which means there is a demand for things to spend money on. If no one is working, then no one is buying and no one is getting wealthier, therefore, no one is paying taxes.

New law...Being a career politican immediately disqualifies you from any future political office.

Picking Military and business greats will make America great again. It's simple logic.

So many " Sore Losers " makes winning just that much sweeter !

Do you people who " Lost " the election realize how desperate and foolish you appear ? Of course not . So please keep it going .
It provides great comic relief after such a long , ugly campaign .
