If you think this is a justification for your claim of intellectual inferiority in blacks, please justify the following - in this country 93% of males play chess; 3% of females play chess. And just to let you know, of the 40,000,000 Americans who play chess only 40 have the title of "Master". Every ethnic group in this country is underrepresented by this small sampling. Q.E.D.

YOU answered your own question... White males are the best at chess. White males are best at MOST things but you'll REFUSE to admit it or you'll make some excuse.

WHY do 90% of white people know haw to play chess but only 6% of blacks? Maybe because they're not good at it? WHY do only 3% of women play chess? Maybe because they're not good at it?

If you don't like comparing chess...lets pick something else to compare...education? Wealth? Violence? Success? I'll let you choose. You find something that 90% of blacks can do that only 6% of white men or 3% of women can do well. I'll wait...

Maybe not enough for a state, but possibly a territory. We already have a population larger than Guam, US Virgin Islands and American Samoa.

We're not an empire...no way.

"Currently, the United States has sixteen territories, five of which are permanently inhabited: Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa."
