Yes, I firmly believe that terrorists can strike their terror by creating enough chatter on various social media sites that the government will believe a strike will happen - even though none was ever planned.

It is excellent psychology on their part.

However, we have to be constantly on guard as not to miss the one that is meant to be real.

Having the terrorist warnings on the news stations for a week or two ahead of time and getting citizens scared is not a good idea. Just keep the police and various security agencies up to date and ready to nab the bad guys.

However, everyone should remember "See something - Say something"

You are right and I sincerely apologize. Someone posted a message for me on Topix and it made a whole lot of sense to me. I apologize to you and any others I have hurt with snide comments and will not do it anymore. You may go to Topix and read the message and my reply to it.
