This is precisely what Newt Gingrich and the Republican-controlled House of the 1990s did to President Clinton's EPA from 1995 on. They simply prohibited EPA from enforcing many laws. We cannot let the House strip President Obama of his most powerful tool to stop global warming.

The EPA is out of control and any legislation that limits or reduces its abusive powers is a good thing.

How is Cap and Trade a good thing for the country? It is nothing more than an insidious scheme designed to levy further income taxes on the sheep without calling it an income tax. It services a progressive political agenda that intends to create a George Soros like One World government that is designed to bring America to its knees so that our national treasures, natural resources and tax dollars can be plundered and seized for "redistribution" around the world. Kinda like "wealth redistribution" on a global scale. Try googling George Soros One World Government. Hmmm...maybe a separate thread.

Do a little research and you will find a plan for a tax on America collectible by the United Nations already in play. Hint: try googling Obama’s Global Tax proposal and/or United Nations Global Tax. You can also try George Soros.

Agree many times over. Global warming is a very huge scam and will put a very large dent in our retirement income, along with all of the other government takeovers of our private sector economy businesses.

I didn't vote for this change or any of the others.

I am surprised there are still people that still think global warming is true.

People need something to believe in ...no matter how misguided. Now that the new Messiah has been exposed as a fake....expect their energy to go to some new "cause"

There is a theory that has been around for awhile by some thinkers that are out of my league that compare "global warming" believers to religion. It is some sort of substitute.
