============== President Trump’s foes and many journalists tend to “jump into [his] every utterance and decision with . . . the dial turned up to 11,” notes Erik Sherman at Forbes. And “a clear example” is the growing claim that his budget “would kill Meals on Wheels.” That’s “factually incorrect,” since only “approximately 3.3 percent of [the national group’s] funding comes from government sources.” Most, in fact, “is from corporate and foundation grants, with individual contributions the second largest source.” Local MOW groups do rely much more on federal funding — but it comes from programs that Trump’s budget doesn’t cut. “Resorting to hysteria is dangerous,” Sherman says, “and that is [what’s] happening.” Fake news on Meals on Wheels, getting Elmo off the dole and other notable commentary | New York Post |

[/ATTACH]"After this weekend, Trump will have already spent about $16.5 million on trips to Mar-a-Lago. For that amount, Meals on Wheels could feed 5,967 seniors for a year and after school programs could feed 114,583 children for a year." |

Please show me some facts that suggest that Trump plans to "END" Meals on Wheels. Cutting the budget as promised will mean that someone will not be happy. If Meals on Wheels gets only about 3% of it's funding from the Feds, then I doubt TRUMP intends to "END" the program. More liberal hysteria. Come on libtards, make the discussion challenging. YOu are too easy. Did you all lose your ability to discuss, when you lost your criminal candidate?

Would a libtard please show proof that TRUMP stated that he wished to "end meals on wheels?" If you are going to make a statement that he has a plan to end MOW, then please show where he said he had a plan to do that. Show us his intention, his goal.....his plan. Otherwise, try to get your information accurate. If you wish to suggest that Trump's budget cuts may be enough to jeopardize MOW solvency, fine. But, do not make statements that if coming from TRUMP, liberals would call "lies." Anything he says, you claim to be lies. Anything the liberal media distorts and blatantly misquotes, is given a pass.
